- Glouchester - Shire - reactivate and name change from Fire and Ice
- Valencia - Shire - new shire for the area around Pittsburgh, PA
- Dunvegan - Duchy - relinquished claim to 7 counties in North Carolina
- Albion - Kingdom - elevated to kingdom
- Umbria - Kingdom - ceded some of its NW lands to the Imperium for the formation of a shire (exact borders not inlcuded at this posting)

- Nassau - Shire - Reactivated and name change from Nordraffn
- Ablion - Duchy - creation of duchy with same borders as Aragon (all of Nevada)
- Andorra - Duchy - elevated to duchy
- Article VIII.D.4. revoked, duchy now subject to same rules as other duchies. Duchies affected: Dragon's Mist (Kildare), Sangrael, Chesapeake
- Sangrael - Duchy - Imperial Civil Court resolved question of status (duchy or archduchy). They are a duchy.

- Dunvegan - Duchy - Elevated to duchy, borders expanded "to include the western side of route 95 to the borders of West Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee."
