- Duchy (November 2003) Elevated to duchy, borders expanded "to include the western side of route 95 to the borders of West Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee." (note: there is some question about whether Chesapeake holds some of these lands, so this shall not intrude upon any of Chesapeake’s lands.)
- Shire (July 2003) Expand borders - "Increase the borders of the Shire of Dunvegan to include the counties of Northampton, Hertford, Gates, Camden, Currituck, Edgecombe, Halifax and Pasquotank." (Note: These counties are in North Carolina. There are two Halifax Counties, one in each state, since the rest of the land is in North Carolina, it is assumed that it is Halifax County, North Carolina.)
