Fleur-de-lis King of Arms (Imperial Sovereign of Arms)

The Imperial Sovereign of Arms is the Chief Herald for the Empire. All members of the College of Arms report to him, and he reports directly to the Imperial Crown. Fleur-de-lis is responsible for producing Letters of Registration and Return, as well as for maintaining the Book of Ceremonies (in conjunction with the Church of Adria.)
The Imperial Sovereign of Arms may speak ex cathedra on most matters of College of Arms policy and procedure. For major policy changes or rules amendments, Fleur-de-lis will poll the senior members of the College for their opinions before making a decision.
In the absence of Vox Coronis, Fleur-de-lis acts as the Voice of the Imperial Crown and is responsible for performing Court at the three main Imperial Events: Imperial Coronation, Banner War, and Imperial Crown War.

Beltazure King of Arms

Beltazure is the chief advisor to Fleur-de-lis and is responsible for managing the administrative staff of the College of Arms. Regional deputies may take direction directly from Beltazure. Beltazure may speak for the Imperial Sovereign of Arms on any issue when explaining current policy and procedure.

Deputies to the Imperial Sovereign of Arms

Imperial Deputies have the primary purpose of relieving Beltazure and Fleur-de-lis of the day-to-day management of the far-flung regions of the Empire.
An Imperial Deputy King or Queen of Arms may speak for Fleur-de-lis in interpreting current rules and policies and may also issue minor policies after first clearing them with the Imperial Sovereign of Arms. The duties of a Deputy Imperial King or Queen of Arms include the performance of Empire-wide conflict checks on new proposals, working with local ministers of arms to resolve conflicts, to secure letters of permission to conflict, return proposals in violation of current policy and to send packets of regionally passed proposals to Fleur-de-lis for final blazoning and registration.

Griffin Queen of Arms (Deputy of the West)

Griffin is responsible for supporting the ministers of arms of the western regions of the Empire.

Centaur King of Arms (Deputy of the Middle)

Tyger Herald (Imperial Protocol Advisor)

Tyger's main responsibility is to advise Fleur-de-lis and Beltazure on matters of protocol and law. Policy, procedure and rules of the College of Arms must not be in conflict with the Bylaws of The Adrian Empire inc. and Tyger is there to ensure that this does not happen.
Further, Tyger advises on the history of Adrian heraldry which predates the College of Arms and the writings of Sir Nigel Seymore the Byzantine of Huntingdon.

Vox Coronis Herald (Imperial Court Herald)

Vox Coronis is primarily responsible for running Court at Imperial events or where there is an Imperial presence, should the Imperial Crown so desire it and for coordinating with the local minister of arms for such events.
Vox Coronis is also responsible for supporting Fleur-de-lis outside of Court at the Imperial Events, for training other Court Heralds of the Empire, and acts as the Voice of the Heirs to the Imperial Crown from the time they are named until Coronation. Vox Coronis may serve as the primary court herald for the Imperial Crown when present at any event.

Codex is responsible for keeping, updating and publishing the ordinary after each release of the Letter of Registrations and Returns.
