- Court and Other Ceremonies.
- When running Court, each Herald or Sovereign of Arms is considered to be the Voice of
the Crown or Estate Holder they represent.
- Anyone running a Court may be called a Herald.
- Heralds are required to provide a transcript of Court proceedings to the local Minister
of Rolls containing the following information:
- Any Awards or Orders given.
- Any Knightings taking place.
- Any announcements of events, demos, or collegia.
- Any Estate creations or swearings.
- Any other pertinent information.
- Court reports are due 30 days after the event.
