Sangrael was created in 1997 when duchies could have as few as one member (before Shires existed) Esperance gave a little of her southern lands and Terre Neuve gave a little of her northern lands, creating a sliver that extends from Lake Elsinore out to the California/Arizona state line.

This duchy is small but dedicated. They have a strong emphasis on archery among their subjects, as well as an interest in some of the lesser-studied cultures (such as middle-eastern).
