The Imperial Steward's office is responsible for the finances of Adria. This includes membership, insurance, income taxes, chattel goods of all the regions, and overseeing the financial records of all the regions.

July 1 Renewal for Everyone!

Everyone's membership will expire on July 1 (except lifetime members, of course). Membership cards will be mailed to members on request.

• Participating Membership: $30.00/year, includes a mailed copy of the Adrian Herald
• E-Herald Membership: $20.00/year, allows you to read your Herald online
• Family Membership: $15.00/year per family member after the first primary member (caps at $90.00). Family membership is defined as a participating member plus “all legal dependents of the participant's immediate mundane family” per the bylaws. No additional newsletters. Qualifications for family membership are 1.) a cohabiting couple or 2.) the members qualify as dependents of the Head of Household under the IRS tax code.
• Associate Membership: $15.00/year, does not include copy of the Adrian Herald. Associate status is currently extended to members of the SCA, ECS, and RMS, and membership must be verified (include a copy of your membership card, mailing label from the organization, cancelled check for membership, etc.)
• Life Membership: $300 (ten times the current participating membership) shall receive a lifetime membership, including a mailed copy of the Adrian Herald.
• Other Discounted Memberships: Military with valid military ID, students with valid student body cards, and senior citizens (55 years plus) may receive a 10 percent discount on annual participating memberships. E-Herald memberships are also discounted memberships. Only one discount may be applied only to a participating membership (and discounts do not apply to other forms of memberships).

If you would like to check on your membership status, please go straight to the Steward's website. “If you are listed in their records, you ARE a member. If you are not listed there, you MAY BE a member.”

Membership Form

The most current membership form is available both here and on the Steward's website. One person per form!

Memberships are not refundable, but are transferrable or assignable. A member may declare their citizenship to a chartered subdivision annually when they pay their membership, members can only form estates, or be estates holders in the subdivision they choose to be a subject of, this may be changed when the member renews their membership on July 1st. Lifetime memberships could also be changed at the July 1st renewal date. If no choice is made, the member will be considered to be a subject of the chartered subdivision in which they reside (where a participant member physically lives). Subdivision re-assignment is also allowed for a change of physical residence. If the member does not physically live within 200 miles of the requested subdivision, they must apply for citizenship directly to that subdivision's Crown for approval. If the member's change of subdivision takes the subdivision they physically reside in below numbers the member must provide a written reason why they are requesting the change, and appeal directly to Imperial Crown for permission. Reporting

All stewards are required to report financial activity every month. These reports are due no later than the 10th of this month for all activity last month. This report form is a required summary sheet.

Insurance

Some sites require a copy of our general insurance binder (this is available in the files section of the Steward's YaHoo Group or by contacting the Imperial or Regional Stewards). If the site requires that they be listed as an additional insured, please contact the Imperial Steward.
