Shire of Gloucester

This was first chartered as White Hooded Mountain, for obvious reasons to anyone who has been in the Portland area. The founders later requested a name change to Fire and Ice, which, again, was quite appropriate. The members were kidnapped by real life, and the shire foundered until Dame Delia and Sir Frederick relocated from Umbria.

They have revitalized the area, and reactivated the shire's charter. This time, it wanted to reflect the culture they hope to nourish, rather than the landscape. Thus, Gloucester was born!
